Frequently ASked Questions 

Do i have to book?

No, if you want to be spontaneous and join us for some food or just drinks, please do pop in and we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, to avoid disappointment we recommend booking in advance.  

How long will i have my table for?

All table bookings will be allocated a minimum of 1.5hours.  Please check your booking confirmation for your table time or ask our team. However, if your table isn’t reserved following your booking, you are of course more than welcome to stay.

Can i walk up to the bar to place my order?

To allow you to enjoy more time with your friends and family we will continue to provide table service for food and drink orders throughout our pub and garden to save you having to wait at the bar. However, should you wish to place your order at the bar yourself you are welcome to do so.

Are your tables in the garden covered?

Only some of our tables in the garden are covered. If you’re booking a table outside online we only make these tables available on the system to be reserved.

Do you allow dogs?

Dogs are welcome in our gardens and bar areas where we still serve our full menu. We unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs in our restaurants. If booking online and bringing a dog, please just add a note in the special request box letting us know you require a dog friendly table.

How do I change the date/time of my booking?

On the bottom of the confirmation email in relation to your booking you’ll find a link where you can adjust your booking. Alternatively, you can call the team. If you’re running a bit late don’t worry, we always hold table bookings for 15 minutes.

Where can I find your allergen information.

Allergen information can be located from our menus pages.

Our booking is for a celebration, can I bring decorations?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring balloons etc. However we do not allow table confetti.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring your own cake. Please do also bring your own candles as it is unlikely that we will have any in our venues.

Do you have wifi?

We have free business grade super-fast WiFi throughout all of our venues

Do you have parking?

Not on site, but right next to our neighbours Costa Coffee, there is a pay and display car park.

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?

Check in is available from 15:00

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO CHECK OUT? 

Check out is 11:00

CAN I PAY FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE CHECK OUT? 

Yes, we can do earlier check-in from midday. Late-check out is also available until midday. Early check in will incur an additional cost of £20 and late check out £15.

CAN I BRING MY OWN COT?

Yes, you are more than welcome to. Please call our reservations team to confirm the room is suitable for your needs

CAN I BRING MY Dog?

Certainly! We do provide a limited number of dog-friendly rooms. Please contact our reservations team to go over your specific needs. We just ask that you please take five minutes to read through a few requests so that we can ensure a happy stay for everyone.

  • We have designated dog friendly rooms, If you are part of a group please do not allow your dog to stay or visit another member of your party in a room that has not been designated dog friendly.

  • Your dog is more than welcome to stay with you in your bedroom overnight we will provide a plastic dog bed please bring a suitable bedding for them to sleep in.

  • You are welcome to leave your dog alone in your bedroom, but the owners must remain on the premises. If the dog becomes distressed and disturbs other guests you will be requested to return to the room where your dog is staying.

  • Please do not allow your dog to climb up on the furniture, or the bed. In addition to the £20.00 per night charge for your dog, a charge of £100.00 will be made to your account should we find dog fouling in the bedroom or any other dog related damages.

  • We would love to welcome your well-behaved pet into the bar area. We ask that your dog remains on its lead at all times. If you need anything for your dog, please ask a member of our team.

  • For the comfort of other dining guests, pets are not permitted in the restaurant. The management reserve the right to refuse the stay/entry of a dog if they consider it to be unruly or exceptionally large for the establishment.

  • Dog owners accept full responsibility and liability for any damage to property or persons injured by their dog.

  • If you have enjoyed a walk with your dog, please avoid bringing in any wet and muddy paws. Please ask a member of staff for a towel if needed.

  • We respectfully ask that you clear up after your dog and dispose in an appropriate bin outside. Bags are available from our team should you require them.

  • Please ask a member of our team for suitable dog walking routes in the local area.
